What’s Your Story?


Depression, anxiety, and suicide are now at an all-time high. Fear is prevalent in the minds of so many people – now more than ever! When you get scared, you trigger a much younger, less-able part of yourself. This happens because of the story you’re telling yourself about current events and the future. Stop terrorizing yourself! No external people or events need to control your narrative. In fact, they can’t! Only you can change your focus to feel better and thus obtain better results. I encourage you to notice your point of focus and your reactions as a result. How can you tell yourself a less threatening story? How can you shift your attention to what IS working for you, how you’ve been able to overcome tough obstacles previously, and what you’re grateful for. Today is a new day and this is a new moment!
