All great accomplishments start with believing in yourself. Keep yourself inspired by surrounding yourself with positive people. Connect more often with people who see your talent, worth, and gifts. Read positive words and stories of others who have accomplished their dreams and goals. We encourage our coaching and corporate clients to talk positively to themselves even on the difficult days. We must all be our own greatest allies and cheerleaders. Recognize that progress is not linear. Hold tight to your Vision of success. And get support when you need it. You don’t have to go it alone! Whether your goal is getting healthier, de-cluterring, a creative project, or work success, it generally takes gradual steady steps to attain success. What is it that you would like to accomplish? As coaches and speakers, we encourage clients to set goals, break that down into tasks, and break that down further into action steps. A key principle to success is to schedule those action steps on your calendar. Examples of steps might be making a phone call, researching an issue, or necessary prep time. And hold that Vision of success in your mind’s eye every day. See yourself having achieved your goal. Its a powerful practice. Believe in youself and don’t give up on your dreams!
